Our volunteer readers are men and women who love to read to children.  They read for 30 to 45 minutes.  We require parents to stay with the children in the kid's castle to oversee their behavior.  Children must SIT quietly and LISTEN to the storyteller.  During storytime no books can be taken from the shelves.   We ask parents to help enforce the rules so that Storytime can be a rewarding experience for all the children.
